Mail is delivered to the Dead every afternoon Monday through Saturday. It is sad to see the Dead gathered around for the daily mail call. They have so little in their lives so mail, even an advertisement for dry cleaning or termite control, makes their day. Sad it is, but nothing sadder than the ones who don't even get junk mail. There seems to be continuing annoyance that no outgoing mail is allowed though. The outgoing mail just gets buried in the corner of the Cemetery as they watch. Yet, they are still writing letters, subscribing to magazines, replying to surveys. They just never seem to learn.

In the neighborhood there has been a suggestion that there is no need for the post office to deliver mail to the Dead. The local government disagrees though because the Dead vote.

Ooooh after reading the topic and then receiving an email from my wife of our new baby daugther (now 5 months old). She said she took this with her phone, a HTC Desire and I was hugely surprised by the way it had completely focused in on the eyes.... Is it me or are these camera phones getting really good!!!

I think it's most likely just the insane dof that those tiny sensors have, everything is in focus at the same time or nearly so. Cute baby, dontcha just dig the tiny fingers and toes.

But I always have a velvety spot for these tiny babies so it's easy for me to be so moved.

Nicely framed into a composition, by your wife. Maybe a little contrast and saturation enhancement can add a bit of more depth or 3D quality. (Just a suggestion ... may not work so well in a reality. )
