Hi Vaughan,

Wow! That must have been some rain; the waterfalls are looking very turbulent and almost abraising the banks of the water route.

I love the shades of green though, from the moss on the tee trunks to the leaves... : )

I always go down to this spot after heavy rain, the river expands in just a few hours as this water just comes pouring off Dartmoor on its way to the sea which is only a few miles away, I have seen it higher than this, but it was pretty impressive, and the roar of the water is awesome.....it is wise though to remember that if you fell in, you would likely not survive, the power of the water is just amazing and it is quite common for people to drown in these parts....dogs dont do too well either !!...... I do love this particular spot at any time of year or weather

I think I remember seeing those places on a more calm day.
Now you could feel all the thunder, the roar... excellent.
