Urgent PM to DK

Sending an urgent PM to DK, but the message is remaining in the Outbox folder.
Could anyone explain why. BTW, all other messages have been sent normally.

He did log a couple of times from there. But still the message is there...

I think the message has to actually be read before it leaves your outbox ...
