This is a rose stolen from the garden, shot using an min 28-85 in macro mode, with a HVL-42 through a brolly

Beautiful rose picture wwind_chan_200 - it looks like you could pluck the bloom from the screen . Great colour and detail. Congratulations on the A850 as well .

Just a suggestion Sury, looks to me that you press the URL-button before you paste the Flickr-image code, you don't need to do that
The formatting will be much prettier if you don't.

Thank you Zeb. That seem to work only if attach single photo. For multiple photos I need to use URL. Any suggestions?
Anyway, Here are few examples using Sigma28-200 in macro mode on A900 at f36
and HVL58. I discovered the F36 quite accidentally, (shows my ignorance ) and had a great time with it. Would I have gotten better shots on A700?

Wow Sury - that is a small aperture . I especially like the first purple flower. I am always worried about going much over f11. I suppose better lenses and full frame gives you more leeway? Not much evidence of diffraction blur in that purple shot.

Don't normall take many flower shots, here is one, I think it might have been better from a different angle, but the flower was over 9Ft high so this was the best I could do, no idea what the plant is
