Yes, the RAW files include an imbedded JPG image. This is why some of the file viewers can display a RAW file so quickly - they do not actually perform the work to read the RAW data and convert it, but just display the relatively small imbedded JPG image.

But still, why would in develop module the picture which is shown there differ from one from Library module and the one that you actually get after processing it.

Unless you have Lightroom set up to render a full-sized preview when you import photos, you can see that the Develop module does its own processing of the preview from the RAW file when you click on a given file. If you watch closely, you will see that the preview in Develop looks one way when you first click on that file and then changes its appearance a moment or two later. It happens quickly, so it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it.

This is because the Develop module initially uses the embedded JPG for its preview and then switches to its own rendition of the RAW data retrieved from the file as soon as it can process that data. The closer the embedded JPG agrees with Lightroom's rendition of the RAW data, the harder it is to spot that change. (I believe that if you have Lightroom set to generate full-sized previews at import, you will not see this, as Lightroom just loads its own interpretation of the image when the file is previewed in Develop.) Although I do not know this as a fact, it seems logical to me that the Library module would just use the embedded JPG at all times.

As far as differences in the image after processing, some programs (such as browsers) that can display JPG or TIFF files, are not aware of color profiles and will not include those corrections when displaying the image. That may be what you are seeing. All serious image editing programs such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Picture Window, etc. do include those adjustments when displaying an image.
