I prefer the first, except for the veil folding on the lips.

2nd and 3rd shots showed on my screen after my post. They are very good. Try to decrease the blue cast on the color shot.
Oh, and do crop the second shot from above.

Thank you Dr. Harout. To tell the truth I didn't crop it on purpose. I wanted something out of classic composed pics. And the blue cast was done with your filter. Again on purpose. I am experimenting and experimenting ))))

Hi Anne,

Unlike Dr. Harout, I like it that you concentrated on the eyes for the shot with the tulle veil. Her eyes are very spectacular for photography. I like all the shots except for the portrait that's behind the defocused leaves.

The last two blue-tinted photos brought memories of an Elton John video clip, NIKITA, where the leading girl has similar eyes and expressions and the video depicts the USSR era. You can watch it on line to understand what I mean. : )

The fur hat does add a special feel of icy beauty along grey-blue gem-like eyes.

Hi Anne,

The last shot does it for me too. This is a perfect example that not all images have to be razorsharp to be good. The atmosphere is great and, as Yildiz said, is a remembrance to days gone by.

I love them! My wife just pointed at the screen and gave a thumbs-up, too. Of course your black and whites are stunning, but I also like your experimentation with color. Was it a digital filter or an optical one?

I've just shot some portraits with Sony's 85/2.8 on film, and your shots make me very excited to see the results.

You have something in your blood that will make all the picture with a magic touch every time. Evan with a cellphone I'm sure you will be able to bring use killer picture.

On the second picture, I'm with you for keeping the blur effect on the top, but probably just try to put some desatured color, I think making different color contrast from the subject will put more power on the subject. Keeping it in B&W make is more like a dark area.

Nice job an I cannot imagine what will be the result in a few years ! wow

I like number one because of the veil slightly obscuring the lips, it gives a sense of "you can't have it all, but look a little closer and maybe just maybe " then you can see the lips which are at a second glance alluringly visible.

Thank you very much for all kind comments. It was very cold outside when I took these photos and I couldn't pay attention to details as my hands were freezing and I was thinking to make it quick

Next time I'll be more attentive.

Thank you Mark. I appreciate it. To tell the truth sometimes I like taking photos a bit blurry, not sharp and with slight motion. Experimenting

Thank You Kevin. I used Optical blue/gradient filter to achieve that blue result.

I like this last shot the most. All are beautiful, but the last one looks to me as of it has some great spirit inside.
