Vast change in the Hanbury Church photos Birma, even though the last one is bleak looking it does still have a certain charm.
That season sequence was well done Frank; it would have taken a while to find them all I bet.
All those season shots are interesting for me because we don’t get such dramatic differences in the seasons in my area.

Birma, now that's one true 'reoccurring' of the same location. The changes are very dramatic and poetic in the most recent one; the angle and the power of sunlight, the naked trees and the hazey colours bring the difference.

One look at your post and I'm left wondering how in the world did you think of going to the same spot each season and shot this scene with the exact angle of view and scale! : )) And this thread was not even here to give a hint when you started...

Lovely documentation. Doc is right, one should start the CD of Vivaldi's Four Seasons with these shots...maybe at a larger size of each, naturally, to get lost in the influence.

I hadn't thought much about how lucky we are to have four distinct seasons at our latitude. Franks fabulous example is a good reminder of that .

I'll be cheap and quote Anne's comment: "I agree with Dr. Harout" -- that is beautiful! My quibble (I always seem to have one) is that I'd like to see the barn either enough darker that it's a pure silhouette, or else with enough more light that I can really see the details. Right now, it strikes me as neither fish nor fowl (so to speak) and leaves me a bit frustrated with being able to almost, but not quite, make out details. Of the two, I think a silhouette would probably be the better choice, especially as darkening the picture a bit overall would add just a tad extra density to the color in the sky.

I saw the moon , you make us love more and more this place to a point I would love to be there one day siting on a chair and wanting for the sun to go sleep.

I'm thinking also of the to be or not to be question about the silhouette... I think the pink color cast on the house make the job working. But if we had to see the three picture in a row in a same Poster like presentation, probably keeping the house in dark would be the choice. But for the moment I'm in love for what my eyes see on the screen .

Interestingly i used a bit (very little) of Fill Light to bring up the details as i wasnt sure about a pure silhouette - maybe I'll play around again!
