The beercan, just in time

Unread post by cosmonaut1959 »

Well the guy I bought my a850 from is a pro photojournalist. I ordered a beercan for it and put it on the a850 just before leaving work. I passed this wreck on the way home snapped the shot and emailed it in. The News paper posted it on their website within minutes. My first shot out of the can was published. Cool.

That car isn't going anywhere soon...

Congratulations with the published image! :)

It looks like you are a budding photojournalist as well cosmonaut, congrats on the publishing. Whenever I pass a car crash site I think about a photo but dismiss it because of the danger of running into the car in front even though we are usually travelling quite slow, so I don’t think I ever have taken a photo at one, not that I have seen all that many anyway.

Thanks all. I will keep my IPad and camera connect kit close at hand from now on.

Congratulations, Cosmonaut.

: ) Hope you get many more 'from the scene of the event' opportunities.
