Frank, I particularly like the photo of the tire from underneath.

caporip, it looks like the Pub Dog is sleeping it off after having a bit too much to drink.

Yesterday while walking from Sugamo to Ueno I could see the new Tokyo Sky Tree when I was around the Uguisudani station. Not a great photo, but this thing is huge.

Yeah the pub dawg is good, I wouldn’t have been able to resist putting a nearly empty schooner just off to the side…
Good view from the 28th Henry, what about the view from that sky tower that should be cool on a clear day. I see the Japanese drive on the BSA standard side of the road…I never really knew that before, I just assumed that after the US occupation after the war they would have ended up on the Francois side of the road. :D

Both cool, I especially like the B&W one.

Here is a little one-person truck I came across a few days ago.

Henry,
Nice photos. Make me want to dust off my A2 and charge the batteries for the old time sake.

I did not know that on Dimage A2 you can turn flash on at 1/2000s shutter speed. Below is an example.

You can see him thinking in that second shot "Whatever you do: DON'T LOOK UP!"

That's a very nice shot Mark, and a nice dof for a small sensor.
Nex 5, Nex 6 (IR), A7M2, A99 and a bunch of lenses.

Small sensors and even phones now can do a pretty good job on flowers, nice ones Sury and Mark.
I hope you haven’t touched off a small avalanche of concern there Henry, ‘mommy mommy, there was a gaijin on the overpass taking photos of me’….the little tyke sure was loaded down though with backpack and frontpack.

Thanks guys. Although I like this picture, the phone tends to show a LOT of noise, even in good light. You can see what I mean in the background of the flower shot. Although it's a bit strengthened by PP work, it isn't that far from the original.

Mark, still a very good one especially coming from a phone camera.
