for the first time ,and with the 18-55 kit lens and using manual focus assist, just a trial

Excellent #2 and #3 are the best of the lot in terms of composition for me.

thanks Sury,
this is the first time I've reached for another camera since I got the a580,I'm going to my grandchilds birthday party today and I automatically reached for the 5n,the optional (expensive) viewfinder is a big plus on this camera,although not as good as an optical viewfinder it's certainly up there at the top in terms of usability,I,m quite impressed with it, I was holding off on the A mount adaptor because of the lcd screen (great as it is) in bright light it is next to useless for my eyes ,now that I've experienced the evf, the adaptor is now on order

More I read about Nex, more I am tempted.
Between that and the Zeiss lens, I am torn.
May be I should get both. :-)
