This is another not so usual BIF shot. It is all wings including the tip of the right wing and a peekaboo beak.

It is a nice pose sury, wings spread and it looks like it's standing on water :-)

I must confess, I am that photographer!

Shot with my a580, & Tamron 18-250mm. I was quite excited about seing the Heron, as I've only seen one in the wild before, and didn't have a camera with me first time. (30 odd years ago!)
XG-1, XD-5, XD-7, X-500, XG1n, X300, 7000i, 700si, 800si, 500si Super, 600si, Dynax 5, KM 7D, a100, a200, a300, a580. And another 600si.....
