Nice work Atgets A it is a great capture and deserves to be published, well done. :D

Ps it’s good to see they didn’t have to put the Crane down DA, that would have been a shame, I’ve heard of bird strikes here with golf balls as well, often fatal. The birds become tame and complacent and don’t think there is any threat from golfers, and there isn’t except accidental ones but what can one do?

Thanks again, chaps. This was my 26th published image in the newspaper, but this one means a lot, because of the subject matter.
XG-1, XD-5, XD-7, X-500, XG1n, X300, 7000i, 700si, 800si, 500si Super, 600si, Dynax 5, KM 7D, a100, a200, a300, a580. And another 600si.....

Those are great shots Mark - I love the Willow Warbler and the gull shots - great contrast between these two birds ! :)

I downloaded LR5 Beta and played with it. One thing I like it over LR3 that I have (LR4 may have it already),
is that when you are dealing with whites/blacks it shows when you have gone too far.
