Sony emails

Not sure where to put this here but Sony insist on sending emails which are unuseable when collected by WebMail because they have not yet worked out how to put live links into a text only message format. I have 'phoned and advised of the problem and they said they would get back.

The only reply was an email which did not even mention the problem and now I have received another dud.

Unseen Britain was started by Sony α to capture Britain like never
before. Landmarks across the country are photographed in the same old
way time and time again. We want to see a different side to this
amazing country.

Over the next three weeks, renown climber and photographer Mike
Robertson will be visiting a number of British landmarks and photographing
them in his own unique style. He’ll be taking shots from
perspectives never seen before using his climbing skills and everything the
A700 has to offer.

But we don’t just want to see Mike’s pictures&#x003b; we want
to see yours as well. To show us your Unseen Britain, simply
upload your shots onto the website and you could have your work displayed
alongside Mike’s at an exhibition in January 2008.

Other software developers that I deal with manage to get messages through with useable links. Do Sony just not care?
