I’m not really familiar with Marigolds Yildiz (I don’t think we’ve ever had that one in the yard) so It’s good to see an example photographed, an interesting flower, I assume the petals on the first two will ‘roll out’ and become more like the last one?

Yes, the petals roll out and flatten a little more like in the third shot. There are many types of marigolds and some keep the rolled version of the petals.
They are garden flowers, Greg and very easy to grow anywhere even from seeds. As long as there's Sun and sufficient watering of the plant it grows almost on its own without any intervention. You can try in a small area of yourgarden estate and you'll be surprised how fast they grow on their own. They are not shy at all.

As for cat silhouette, I am afraid my imagination is very limited.
I don't feel a feline in that flower. I am glad you do, never the less.

Hi Geo67,

I think I know what you mean by the cat silhouette. After searching for a little while, I found that there actually is a sitting cat with its ears popped up strikingly. A subtle implication but it definitely is there.

Maybe in time even Sury will see it.

Boy that Anthurium sure takes its sweet ol time, I'm starting to see what it looks like now, good one Yildiz (how is the cactus this year?).

The Pink Anthurium indeed takes its time, doesn't it? I'm surprised myself but once full open it lasts almost a year.

Greg, the cactus bloomed in March as it usually does. I forgot to take photos because I was too busy with the room renovation if yo recall. It had its pink blossoms for two weeks then went back to its green cactus status of usual.
