Hi Geo67,

I think I know what you mean by the cat silhouette. After searching for a little while, I found that there actually is a sitting cat with its ears popped up strikingly. A subtle implication but it definitely is there.

Maybe in time even Sury will see it.

If you had those Single Malts, there is a good chance that you won't only see one little sitting cat in that photo but a whole bunch of them happily jumping around and singing an old Scottish sailor's song too, I'd say. (kidding)

Ah ok, thanks for the explanation Yildiz and gio67, it was the doorknob attached to the right shoulder that got me, hmm I think it’s a Manx.

Boy you sure have a collection of flowers in the garden Sury, lots of subjects to photograph, and nicely photographed as well.

A Manx... yes, eliminate that tail and we have a Manx indeed. Manx is an interesting feline species from the ISLE of MAN. Isle of Man sure has some outstanding species to itself.

Your garden is busy blossoming all round.... I can't identify the flower in the third shot but I like how plain and leafless it is; composed of merely flower buds.

I have been "learning" about natural lighting methods of late. The second one
is also an example of that learning endeavor albeit not a good one.
There was a time, I would brute force a sharp shot by flashing the daylights out
of the scenery (no pun intended ) and now learning to know the elements
and incorporate them. Akin to when learning to drive, you hold the steering wheel
like your life depends on it, where as over time you sometimes use a finger to steer.
I owe it to all of you on the forum for nudging me, encouraging me in your own ways.
