Sure, not fattening...
DAVIIIIID, lock this thread...
I'm hungry...
Come on, Doc, being a man of medicine and diet you know the trick is to eat moderately and in small morsels...and eating everything without actually dieting. A little bit everything goes a long way and makes a long lasting life.
: ) Doc, my own adaptations of the more traditional food is really healthy with little of the fattenning stuff that our ancestors were accustomed to. Lean red meat, lean white meat and always lots of greens on the side and definitely more olive oil instead of saturated fats of butter and the like.
Thanks for the complements hidden in those statements though. : )) You watch your health, Dr. Harout and better send some food shots from your eating places, like that fish and chips table you opened this thread with. We miss your contributions!
Bon appetit. Food is one of the sweetest reasons men enjoy life .... and you know it. : )

Cogito, thank you for the lovely comment and yes you can use prunes if you like which will sweeten the dish instead of making it salty like olives. You don't have to use any of them either. : )) You are free to do as you like just as you want.
Thanks for the lovely thoughts all. We all wish to see your photos as well. : ))
