Nice shot Ray. What caught my eye though is the wavy background. That blue and beige interplay
is very soothing. In the process I did have to look for the bird.

Those Canadian Geese are much more colorful this way
Nice catch Viewfinder, especially as these birds can get pretty nervous when humans are around.

Love the Bunting and Warbler singing, Mark. A lovely setting against the reeds and nice light as well - great stuff!
The Bluethroat is a real dandy looking fellow - not seen one of those around these parts.

Re: Birds 2014
Thanks guys.
Was a first time for me with the bluetroath. Never aeen one until today. Saw some other interesting birds as well, like the Red-Necked Grebe, Spotted Redshank and the Black Tern, only they were too far off for a descent shot.

Re: Birds 2014
I wouldn't be too happy when a gull landed on my car. They can make quite a mess which isn't doing anything for the paintjob...
Nice captures there sury. I like the first the most, almost like the gull is hanging mid air.

Re: Birds 2014
That first gull seems to be finding an unsuspecting suspect on which to drop a little surprise.
