Nice colors on the first one, Kenneth. Third one would have been even better with
a catch light in the foreground duck's eye.

Very nice, Kenneth. I really like the first one especially
Nex 5, Nex 6 (IR), A7M2, A99 and a bunch of lenses.
Re: Birds 2014
Thanks again guys!hiccup! This weekend the wife and I are going down to South Dakota to shoot a little house on the prarie. It's hard to describe but along the interstate about a 130 miles south of here setting against a hill is an abandoned house. It just sets there on the prairie by itself. I'd guess it was built in the late 1800's. We have went past it many times and I always said I'd like to photograph it. Well if it's not raining Saturday I'm going to.

That is some dedication, Kenneth.
Driving 130 miles (200+KM), for the abandoned house.
Looking forward to it.

Re: Birds 2014
Nice set jbtaylor. I liked the fourth one a lot.
The images seem a bit soft. Could it be the
2x Converter or it may very well be my monitor.

Re: Birds 2014
It's the converter. Engine was off and I had the camera sitting on a bean bag. I did turn off SS and that may have had something to do with it.

Re: Birds 2014
Yesterday morning I caught this White Stork (Ciconia ciconia) building a new nest on a pole.

A few minutes later an intruding Herring Gull (Larus argentatus) tried to piss her off. It did a good job!
