Situated on a hill top with unobstructed view of Arenal Volcano, this is an oasis in the
middle of a rain/cloud forest. Flowers/Birds galore with nature preserved and isolated
from the civilization. You have a 15 min. drive on a winding road before you can get to
main road and another 10 Km. before you hit the nearest town.

The significance of these photos is that these were taken by Missus using A900 with
70-400 on it. A first for her to even try a DSLR and with 70-400 giving her the close up
shots that she never thought possible, she went on a "shooting rampage" enjoying every
click. I seldom see her excited about photo gear and finally admitted to the rush one feels
when one nails a shot (at least in his/her mind). Who am I to argue with the boss?

Thank you all. I doubt she will come to the dark side but she has a better (= more empathetic )
appreciation for my LL and GAS. It was quite amusing to see her act like a kid in a candy store.
It's a good thing I had a 64GB card and not spoil the moment with a filled card. I did not see the
camera for almost an hour, if you can believe it. I think the weight is a put off for her. Perhaps A7/R
type camera with appropriate lens might not be a bad idea. With about 56K+ clicks the 900 is
not showing any signs of slowing down. Let's see what future hold....
