Re: Exhibit your B&W shots
A couple of B&W landscapes from me. Seems that winter is an especially good time for black and white, when colour is often a distraction, rather than a feature. A drizzly morning but with great skies. I used a rocket blower to clear the front of the lens of rain drops, rather than a cloth, after hearing about this tip recently. Very effective!

beautiful landscapes Andy. There's a lot of character in that oak tree.

Re: Exhibit your B&W shots
Lovely shots, Andy. I like the second one most. Looks like the path
leading home for the holidays. All I can imagine is a small cottage
on the other end, with warm fire place and filled with holiday cheer.
Don't ask me why but that the emotion it evoked.

Great shots from Andy. My eye is drawn especially to the first one, because of tree. Also, interesting to see your take with B&w landscape. Very nice.

The mono landscapes are great. I particularly enjoy looking at the first one. I keep coming back to look at it.
Winter it may be but these are such serene images of beautiful English countryside.

Thanks Ossie
I think that winter especially suits Black and White - there isn't much colour, but the light and shapes, especially of the trees, are fabulous.
