Santa Cruz is like that (more or less). It is a small town and has all small town attributes and attitudes.
It can get quite cold in winter, dropping down to mid 30s for lows at night.

Sury if 30's is cold you don't want to be here if Jan-Feb. We can and do get to -40 and lower. Sometimes for weeks on end. When that happens we are usually in the minus teens for a high temp. 30* above is T shirt weather. :lol:
