A tight knit group of boaters run the Hudson River and I was there.
a99 and the Minolta 28-135.

I like the third one. Were you on land when you took it or another boat?
All the more impressive if it is latter.

I was riding shotgun in another boat. Probably doing 70 mph when I pressed the shutter. No seat belt and both hands on the camera is probably not the safest practice but we do what we can to get the shot.

This was shot while idling.

Wow. Remarkably well shot at 70 MPH. I can only imagine how choppy the ride would have been.
Very daring of you, to try without any safety restraints.

All great shots JT that really tell the story, and make me want to be there. I especially like numbers 2 and 3. These have great depth and great action in the third.
