Re: Snow
No one has posted in this thread for awhile and since some places around the world are already getting some snow let's revive it.

Thank you, Yildiz.
Anyone please feel free to post snow photos here. Doesn't have to be a photo you took today.

First blizzard coming on the road...
First snow.
Everything in the life unusual!
Re: Snow
Those are both very nice! I especially like that first one with the car emerging from the white wall of fog.

Re: Snow
.
Both are very nice, ValeryD.
The first is a good use of the perspective with road lineage, telephone/telegram poles all disappearing proportionally into the foggy horizon. The second I like better a little because of the filmsy, sprikled-powdery quality of the snow that barely covers the surfaces it sits on; very picturesque with the picnic tables and the right kind of trees around.
Lovely, thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Re: Snow
Japan is about 80% mountainous so there is lots of snow in those parts of Japan. The coastal regions also, especially in the northern part of the country, also get lots of snow. And the northern main island of Hokkaido, of course, gets lots of snow. This is Sapporo when the snow was coming down:ValeryD wrote:I never thought that there could be so much snow in Japan.

Hi Sury;
Those two are beautiful and very nicely composed; lots of interesting features included with great colours. : )
Hi Henry;
Your snow shots from the city's daily life and of authentic historical architecture are showing that life just goes on steadily as it slowly snows and covers everything. You take the pulse shots of the city.
